DevDaa ("we", "us") is a software development company based in Islamabad, Pakistan, operating the website devdaa.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described below. You can reach us at contact@devdaa.com for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

• Information you give us: the name, email address, company name and message you submit through our contact form, or that you send us by email, phone or social media.
• Technical information: standard server logs recorded by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles from visits to this site.

Why we use it

Contact details are used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and carry out any project you engage us for. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it becomes part of a client project record, in which case it is retained for the life of the engagement plus any period required for accounting or legal purposes. Server logs are rotated by our host on a short cycle.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the site and communicate with you — our web host and our email provider — and only to the extent required to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where we are legally obliged to do so. Client project data is handled under the confidentiality terms of the relevant contract or NDA.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email contact@devdaa.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
